The UNIQUE Avatar Resilience Journey is a bespoke programme for people who experience various shades of trauma that holds them back in their life journey or work. This includes frontline staff who may experience vicarious trauma such as care workers, social work, health staff and Police Officers. Also, people at any distance from the labour market or recovering from health and wellbeing conditions such as stress or addictions or other lived experience complex circumstances and the volunteers and mentors who help them. 

The course is delivered in outreach centres or in the Chester-Le-Street Centre.
