Stabilise
Assessment, safety planning, baseline resilience score and first 1:1 coaching.
Resili Programme
Resili is a six-month, non-Housing-Benefit-eligible pathway for people whose lives are complex and shaped by trauma. It benchmarks, tracks and actively improves personal resilience alongside tenancy and wellbeing outcomes.
The core difference is measurable resilience. Not a motivational poster. Not a leaflet. A structured pathway that teaches coping strategies, emotional regulation and adaptive routines.

Six-month structure
The programme is easier to understand as a journey: first stabilise, then build routines, strengthen wellbeing, develop skills, reconnect with community and prepare for progression.
Assessment, safety planning, baseline resilience score and first 1:1 coaching.
Life skills, budgeting, tenancy confidence and a co-produced progression plan.
Emotional regulation, sleep, health routines and practical resilience habits.
Strengths mapping, short training modules, coping tools and employability steps.
Peer mentoring, community links and relational resilience in real-world settings.
Independence planning, relapse prevention, final assessment, badge and credits.
Each tenant has a named keyworker, a personalised resilience plan and practical actions recorded against agreed goals.
Resili gives a measurable route from instability to safer routines, stronger tenancy sustainment and reduced demand on crisis pathways.
Measurement
Resili gives commissioners trend data, anonymised outcomes and practical evidence of change.
Resilience score, tenancy sustainment, crisis incidents, wellbeing change, progression outcomes and engagement rates.
Validated resilience assessment, digital surveys, keyworker ratings, structured case notes, service-use data and case studies.
Monthly KPI dashboards, quarterly outcome reports, trend lines and anonymised case studies showing practical change.
