Resili Programme

Personal resilience for people with chaotic lives.

Resili is a six-month, non-Housing-Benefit-eligible pathway for people whose lives are complex and shaped by trauma. It benchmarks, tracks and actively improves personal resilience alongside tenancy and wellbeing outcomes.

Programme principles.

The core difference is measurable resilience. Not a motivational poster. Not a leaflet. A structured pathway that teaches coping strategies, emotional regulation and adaptive routines.

  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Personal resilience as a primary outcome
  • Person-centred and strengths-based planning
  • Low-demand engagement
  • Harm reduction and safety planning
  • Consistent keyworker model
  • Cultural competence and inclusion

A clear pathway, not a wall of text.
